Refund policy

We accept returns on unopened and unworn socks within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at socks@bondipilates.co.uk with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return postage. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.

Faulty Items

If your socks arrive damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Send a photo of the issue and your order number to socks@bondipilates.co.uk, and we’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
